RUN, Candi, RUN...

HELLO, Friday!!! So glad you are here :)

Last night I actually RAN a 5k on the treadmill (NO walking except for warming up and cooling down)...it felt great to get some running in again :)



This morning I made it to the gym and did a power walk...



I am getting pumped up again...
I know I have shared with you in the past about Ben Davis...
WELL...I watched one of his interviews yesterday and I was thinking to myself WHY can't I have his attitude???!!! The answer is simply...YES, I can have his attitude!!!
I told myself last night...just do it, Candi...just run on that treadmill!!!!!!!!!! And I did it! I know I can run...I just need a little push, sometimes I kinda feel lazy and run some and then do a little walking in between...there is no reason for me to walk, it's just me being lazy...if I was in pain, YES...I would do some walking...so why slow down and walk??? I know I can’t run every day because my legs need the rest but I sure can run every other day and walk on the opposite days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to change my body...for me!!! I am NOT happy with myself and the way I look so why not make myself HAPPY :) and get more serious......and see GREAT results!!!
I want to lose 50 lbs......SO.BAD.
